Bio


Hi, my name as is Joseph Natale and I was Born July 31, 2000 in the great region of Bucks County, I am one of five children including my three older sisters Monica, Catherine, and Bridget and my one little brother Sean. I grew up in a very sports minded family, that being said I played sports competitively till the end of high school this included basketball, baseball, and javelin. Throughout my early years of schooling from elementary to middle school I always dreamt of one day becoming an engineer. That dream lead me to where I am now, starting my freshman year of college at Penn state Abington. My dream of becoming an engineer really progressed as I went through high school and competed in two Pennsylvania State STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) competitions, placing 3rd my first year and 6th my second year. All in all, I’m very excited to see what the future holds for me and what this amazing campus has to offer as it guides me along my path to fulfil my life long dream of becoming an engineer.

After sifting through feedback I found that most of the audience thought that I shouldn't narrow my topic more but instead make the topic question more clear. Elevator Pitch

Dr.  Okutsu? wow its an honor to finally meet you. I must say I love your studies on space travel to mars and the design of the ships that would be launched. My favorite part of your argument is the usage of the solar electric propulsion systems on board the space crafts I agree that they would be the best fit for the long trek into deep-space because of the efficiently and the reduction of weight that comes from the usage of these new propulsion systems. I also found your ideas of gravity assisted trajectory, to create a slingshot like effect that would reduce the energy consumption of the ship leading to smaller costs in the production of the spacecraft. I would love if we could one day sit down and discuss future plans and idea into deep-space travel, I feel it could be beneficial for both of us to share ideas and concepts, which in return could lead to more advancements in space travel.
